With almost 25 years of production experience, Regina contributes a vast amount of production knowledge to the TMW Team and our clients. Her strong managerial skills are an asset to any production that she leads. Regina developed her production skills while working for 8 years in the A/V Services Department of a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company. Later as a freelance producer, Regina collaborated on corporate & video productions for clients such as Pfizer, Parke-Davis, The Occupational Training Center, The United Way and Cadbury Adams.
Since joining the TMW Team in 2000, Regina has coordinated and overseen all aspects of audio/visual staging production for a variety of clients and events. After advancing from Producer to Production Manager and Vice President, Regina took ownership of TMW and is now responsible for managing the day to day operations of the Company as President. As Executive Producer, Regina leads the team in supporting our clients with all their production needs.
Dan joined TMW Enterprises in 2008 to supervise the operations of the organization. His major responsibilities include overseeing TMW’s financial processes as well as managing the office logistics and human resources. Before joining TMW, Dan spent 12 years with Verizon Communications in various roles including Project Manager, Network Technician and Customer Care Specialist. Subsequent to his tenure with Verizon, Dan marketed his culinary skills as a sous-chef at a premier French restaurant in Washington D.C. According to the TMW staff, Dan prepares the best chicken cheese steaks in Hunterdon County.
Nina joined TMW in the Spring of 2015 and heads up business and creative development working hand-in-hand with Regina. She has nearly twenty years experience in the production industry with roles spanning from Executive Producer to Creative Director and Strategist to Account Director. Her extensive production background, coupled with her communication, budget planning and management skills makes her an industry leader.
Nina has been responsible for successfully executing hundreds of events and marketing programs spanning the world of pharmaceutical and healthcare as well as consumer, automotive and financial industries. Nina truly understands the client’s need from a strategic, creative and tactical standpoint, as well as budget goals. As a client advocate, she strives to provide the utmost collaborative approach along with innovative ideas and strategies to accommodate each key initiative for her clients across the board.
Prior to joining TMW, Jenny worked as a Production Assistant for The Pennsylvania Cable Network and on the M. Night Shyamalan film “The Happening” for 20th Century Fox. She also acquired production experience as an intern with Banyan Productions. Since joining TMW in 2007, Jenny has successfully led numerous production teams from the pre-production phase to on-site through post-production.
She is highly sought out and respected by her clients and is especially known for her budgeting skills and laser sharp attention to detail. Her industry background along with her creative solutions, collaborative approach, and ability to produce under pressure, make her an industry leader.
Caroline joined TMW in 2011 as an Associate Producer and quickly moved her way up into the role of Producer. She is an integral part of the TMW team responsible for both pre-production and on-site production management, as well as logistics. Caroline is known for her enthusiasm and is committed to making sure all projects are completed on time and on budget.
She brings extensive experience in customer service, television, video and event production. Clients appreciate her extremely positive attitude and flexibility, along with her ability to flawlessly execute.
Shannon has over a decade of experience in the event production industry. Starting as a Production Assistant in 2003 and quickly advancing to her current role as Producer and production manager. She is a seasoned professional who orchestrates the coordination of events with a passion for excellence in every detail.
Shannon understands that communication and time management, attention to detail and composure under pressure, are necessary in the execution of successful projects. Her responsibilities often include graphics and script coordination, backstage management and overall production management.
She has helped produce events for such clients as GlaxoSmithKline, Marriott International, Aviation Week, McKesson, Capital One, FedEx, CNCS, Points of Light, Ritz-Carlton, Choice Hotels International, CHCI and Mentor Graphics.
